Three Point Yoga was created our founder Abby who works full time in business and understands the challenges and stress placed on us in the working world. Abby aspires to help women find their version of balance. Three Point Yoga is an online membership providing busy women a variety of tools and yoga videos to ensure mindful movement can be achieved daily. The founder of Three Point Yoga, has worked in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years and is a qualified Yoga, Meditation and Functional Range Conditioning teacher.
